My Experience with Mr. Appliance

Appliance ServicesWe contacted Mr. Appliance because my cousin Tammie and I had some issues with our stoves in our homes. I have watched many service people come to either my home or families homes to fix appliance and they are all the same it seems. Most are friendly at first and then would rather you leave them to their work, which I can understand they have many appointments to get to during their day. But the service tech that came to our homes from Mr. Appliance was different. He first came in introduced himself and asked what he could help us with today.

I explained to him the issue I was having with my stove and pointed him in the direction of my kitchen. Before he took another step he stopped and put these boot protectors over his shoes so he would not track any dirt in my home I loved it. What thoughtfulness on their part. From the time he got to my home and was finished working was 20 minutes! And my issue was fixed. He had me come and showed me what was wrong and that it was functioning properly again. He was a very pleasant person and we have a great conversation before he left. I would and will be calling Mr. Appliance again whenever I need my appliances serviced.
